Mobile communications have radically changed our lives. But for some reason, conversations about the dangers of a cell phone for human health, programs in which doctors discuss this issue, as well as articles on the Internet began to appear more and more often. And since mobile phones actively penetrate into our lives, then we believe that it is simply necessary to think about the problem of the harmful effects on the body of a cell phone.

As a result, he gives everything to investors.
  3. Investments in the form of barter (in exchange for the means of providing goods or services). I will give an example, so it will be clearer: funds are needed to create or promote a project, an investor offers money that he is willing to invest. Do not agree to such a deal, you will ultimately not be able to satisfy the investor's requests for the service, which will lead to a complete takeover of the company.

How to evaluate a business proposal?

There are a huge number of options for attracting investors to businesses. It is required to conduct an analysis of the selected projects, make comparisons and decide which best meets your requirement. What project will be effective and safe (in terms of payback and profit)

There are certain criteria and rules for analyzing and promoting a business project. It is better to perform them sequentially:

  • establish the main goal of the project;
  • make up an algorithm for sequential actions;
  • count financial, tangible assets. Analysis labor resources;
  • what costs may be incurred when investing;
  • calculate the profit (amount) and for how long;
  • calculate the efficiency of the business;
  • make a plan and implement it.

Having the means and desires, you can choose, in your opinion, effective and profitable projects. You can invest in anything from real estate to securities.

It is better to adhere to certain conditions when investing in a certain activity:

the main thing: calculate the investment to peg at a profit. Do not invest if they are less than, say, the profit from a deposit account with a bank;

  • the profit of the project must exceed the inflation rate in the country;
  • funds must exceed the amount of profit established in other projects;
  • make sure that the project will make a profit on time. The borrower must submit a detailed action plan. This can be called - the ratio of terms to finance;
  • for projects that are not long-term or risky, it is better to invest your capital (without attracting outside help or loans). The main thing here is reinforcement and net profit;
  • you can engage in self-financing (invest from personal funds in your company);
  • correctly assess and consider the possibilities of a future investment project. What niche it will occupy in the market, what services it offers (popular or for narrow use).

It is required to remember that investing in a business is a lengthy procedure and requires a deep assessment of all factors: possible risks, economic situation in the country, inflation rate, comparative analysis similar projects - in order to obtain information about profits.
