Replacement of low-quality goods - recommendations of a lawyer. Replacement of low-quality goods - recommendations of a lawyer N is written in adjective suffixes

There are things that can “pull out” a not-so-successful look and turn a prosaic combination of a white T-shirt and boyfriend jeans into a trendy outfit. And there are clothes and accessories that can make any of your looks look cheap and uninteresting. Find the stop list of style “killers” in our article!

White shoes

Leather shoes in snow-white color cannot look out of place anywhere (even for brides there are many alternative options). They are often complemented with a “comfortable” heel, which makes them look even more old-fashioned and unattractive. appearance. By the way, white shoes, in principle, are a more than good idea, especially if you regularly wear a total black look. So feel free to choose white sneakers, sneakers or Birkenstocks.

Low-quality bags made of artificial materials

Popular

We have nothing against faux leather and suede: some luxury brands, like green Stella McCartney, produce faux leather accessories and shoes that are of stunning quality. Unfortunately, mass market and mid-price brands often skimp on quality, offering customers products that lose their presentable appearance after just a week. Don't forget - shoes and bags are worth investing in.

Overly decorated items

Dressing in a particularly “expensive and rich” manner has long been out of fashion - a dress decorated with ruffles, lace and embroidery at the same time will cause bewilderment to those around you. Normcore and simplicity are the new black, and one accent in the image is enough. If you have a strong desire to “wear everything at once,” repeat the advice of stylish French women like a mantra.

Things that are too bright and unnatural colors

"Acid DJ, hey!" - we once shouted at school discos, dancing to the hits of Russian pop music. The crazy 90s are a thing of the past, but are you still trying to look like a British raver or a Barbie doll? Immediately throw away all things in unnaturally bright colors - such outfits look extremely tasteless.

"Fakie"

Oilcloth Pradas and Louis Vuittons from the transition are immediately visible, even with the naked eye - their low quality speaks for itself. Instead of buying a low-quality fake and shudderingly waiting for discovery from your friends, spend the same money on an inexpensive, but leather bag from a good brand in the mid-price category. The same goes for “fake” shoes, clothes and accessories.

Rhinestones

The only rhinestones you can walk around are Swarovski rhinestones in jewelry. All the “glitter” glued to clothes with cheap glue should be mentioned in vain solely as a relic of the 90s. And don’t even think about buying something with rhinestones in the hope of getting rid of them later - the long-term experience of hundreds of thousands of fashionistas proves that you won’t be able to do this without leaving a trace, and ugly traces of glue are unlikely to become the highlight of your look.

Jeans that are too low-rise and allow your underwear to show through

This is how high school girls walked in the early 2000s, regularly receiving scoldings from teachers and parents for “cold organs” and inappropriate appearance. It would seem that all of them should have grown up a long time ago and realized that this is not only not “sexy”, but also very vulgar. But, unfortunately, there are still some lovers of underwear flashing today. Remember: underwear is meant to be under clothes, and not to peek out pleasantly from under them.

Water fun

If you have summer ahead, a bucket of toys for playing in the water can be a wonderful gift for a child. All you need for these kids' activities is a sandbox and a hose. Don't be stupid and don't buy baby buckets with flimsy handles. Go to hardware store and buy a regular plastic bucket. You need to put in it more unbreakable bottles, plastic cups, some kind of plastic syringes for cream or sprinkling sauce, a strainer, and maybe even a water gun and similar things. Tie a big red bow to the handle of the bucket, and now you are ready to please your baby. (And when winter comes and the snow falls, many of these toys will be useful again.) To the list of gifts for water fun, you can add a watering can, a small plastic pool, a plastic ball, goggles, fins and games designed for outdoors.

Sandbox in an instant

If you have a hose but no sand, you might want to consider a sandbox as a gift for your child. Four smooth wooden planks, several bags of coarse sand - and your sandbox is ready. Place your bucket with a bow on the handle in the middle of the sand pile, and on your child’s birthday you can surprise and delight him with this. Add a few more “toys” to the gift. a metal kitchen spatula - for smoothing the sand, a ladle - for digging and a round spoon - for wet sand - this is a very convenient thing.

Serious matter

We ourselves may already be fed up with this whole everyday routine, but many children find pleasure in this ordinary office work and its accessories. When Sharla's children were little, they loved setting up a toy "storage" in their closet and would spend entire days preparing their toys for "sale" and then "selling" them to each other and their friends. All that was required to play was a supply of paper "money", a bunch of tags, a date stamp and an ink pad. Pass on a good way stationery store, and you will find there a lot of things that can arouse the interest of a child: bundles of colored rubber bands, magnets, stamps and ink pads, account books, very useful for children who want to count their money savings, packs of paper for notes.

Enter your name

A personalized stamp is a wonderful gift. Stamps come in all sizes and styles and can be ordered from a workshop or purchased from office supply or office supply stores. It would be nice to add ink pads in three different colors to this gift. And then on some rainy day you can sit your child down to work - let him put his name on all the children's books. Nowadays, personalization has become big business, and if you like, you can arrange for your child's name to be on notepads, a wood stamp, stickers, or pencils.

Stationery

You can give your child a paper with his name on it. (Of course, this should be planned in advance.) When people, of any age, see their name in print, they are delighted. You could probably observe how your colleagues rejoice if they have paper for notes or letters with their name at the top of the sheet, just as children rejoice and feel like important people when they see their name printed. You can order postcards, notepads, Business Cards, which are usually included in gifts, and even “business cards”, which will contain your son or daughter’s name, phone number and maybe a small picture or bookplate drawn by the child. Your daughter, for example, could give such cards to her new acquaintances if she really wants to be called.

Children's programs

If your child is genuinely happy to see his name printed, keep in mind that this can also be done on towels, sheets, toothbrushes, and berets. You can buy permanent paint or markers that also last forever and have your child write their name on sheets, shirts, and towels.

Real technique

In our experience, children like real things; in addition, they last much longer than toy imitations. Even a four-year-old child will be happy if he is given a real player and a set of films with fairy tales and music. But remember that by placing a young head between two headphones, you cut off the path to communication with the child and he loses sound connection with the world. For a child going to school for the first time, a watch or alarm clock would be a wonderful gift. Having your own clock will make your child feel like an adult, and you can teach him the importance of being on time everywhere.

Sporting goods

You can find a gift for your child in sports store: This gift will please both you and your child. If you force your child into some sport, most likely it will end not in a triumphant send-off for your offspring to the Olympic Games, but in the fact that he will hate this sport. However, if having fun is more important to you than winning in sports, then both you and your children will find sports fun.

Teach your child the simplest fishing techniques, and let this become an excuse for you to go on “long-distance” fishing. It is worth thinking about different balls - basketball, football, tennis, plastic and tennis rackets - these are all traditionally desired gifts for both girls and boys. But it’s also worth thinking about badminton and volleyball, which can easily be played in the yard.

Children school age will be delighted with such a gift as binoculars. You can add a book about birds or a sports bag to this gift; Here it is worth adding a lock that opens using a combination of numbers, which you can install yourself. One of our successful duffel bag gifts was a small, durable bag that also provided self-protection.

Be frugal

Children often want to have the same sport equipment, like their older brothers and sisters, although they themselves are still too small to know how to use and care for expensive things. Until your kids grow up, you can easily meet their needs by buying sports equipment from second-hand stores. We remember with affection our two-year-old neighbor, who carried a dented racket with him everywhere, asking “Who wants to play tennis?”

Hobby is serious

It is difficult to predict which gift will particularly attract the child’s attention and, perhaps, become the beginning of a long and serious hobby. However, when this happens - when a child cannot tear himself away from a gift, and he develops a passion for drawing, kites or puzzles, for stamps, knitting or construction models, for leather stamping or beekeeping - such a gift can be appreciated, as they say, at weight of gold. We know children who are crazy passionate about working with colored glass, decorating baby vests, embroidering belts and stringing beads, and we know others who spend hours modeling submarines or building doll houses. However, we have also met children who have no interest in all this - they only need blue skies and open fields.

Look for gifts that can help your child get excited about something. In this case, it is necessary to take into account the temperamental characteristics of each child. Think about whether this child likes to play indoors or outdoors, whether he is active or not, whether he can patiently understand some details or whether he needs to get results quickly. If you and your child do his favorite activity, a special contact is established between you. And if you have favorite hobby and the child wants to share it with you, this is an amazing opportunity to have fun and useful time with your child. We may be tempted to involve our children in an activity just because we want to show them something new or are excited about the idea. collaboration; At the same time, sometimes it doesn’t even bother us that children are not yet fully prepared for this kind of work. If your gift is not to your liking and the child does not show any interest in it, hide it somewhere in the closet and let it lie there for a year or two. What failed at five years old can be accepted at seven. Of course, there is no ready-made formula for knowing if a child is “ready,” but try to observe other children who are interested in the same “hobby” you have in mind. Look at what kind of children they are, ask at what age they developed this hobby. You need to make sure whether your child can maintain attention long enough, whether he has enough energy for the activity that you have in mind.

Set of tools

For quite a long time, the favorite toy of young children remains a “work bench” with a wooden hammer and “nails”, which the child hammers into holes on the bench and knocks them out. However, as the child grows up, you can think about real instruments. Buy him the best simple tools for beginner craftsmen and put them in a box. Our own experience shows that store-bought tools last longer than those made specifically for children. Start with a light hammer, tape measure and screwdriver. Add here a set of large nails and several pieces of wood. Here you can add a leveler, a clamp, pliers and, of course, a work apron with pockets. Then make a simple drawing and work with your child. To start, you can try making small bookshelves, toy boxes and a simple bathroom hanger.

Flashlights

Bring light into the lives of the younger generation - you can use one flashlight or an entire collection. The magic of lanterns especially affects very young children.

Flashlights come in all sizes, shapes and, of course, different prices. You can buy a larger flashlight - this will be the “dad”, a smaller flashlight - the “mother” and a very small one - the “child-flashlight”. Wrap each one in bright paper and, when the excitement caused by the gift has subsided, try to find time to tell your child how batteries work and that if a flashlight is left on under the bed, it will not last long.

Personal Computer

The computer can be a good source of children's entertainment. Many of the new programs, even for very young children, develop critical thinking and imagination. Children find these programs fascinating, but adults are also hooked. If you have a computer at home, become familiar with some of the commercially available programs by reading or asking about them. Just try to make time spent at the computer a pleasure for the child, and not a mandatory activity. After all, you want him to see the computer as a friend and a useful tool, and not as a forced activity.

Old fun

We are already so involved in all sorts of innovations, such as video and electronic entertainment, that we forget about traditional gifts that have served faithfully for many generations. After all, children can amuse themselves for a long time with a deck of cards, the same can be said about puzzles, a book with good illustrations, or a kitchen rolling pin. What child doesn’t like an old game that has been tested by many generations or when an interesting fairy tale is read aloud to him? A deck of cards, a tin box with stickers, small cars or a jar of soap bubbles- all the gifts are very easy to prepare for any of you. Children value them not by their cost, but by the pleasure that these things give them. And if you and your child can put them to good use, it will be a good foundation for the future.

Finally

Remember

Remember your childhood - how you had fun then, how you had fun and what you laughed at the most.

The main goal of this book is precisely to teach adults how to spend time usefully and have fun with children, so that they will remember it with pleasure in the future. The rhythm of modern life constantly causes people stressful state or irritation, which has already become the most familiar emotion. But stress and irritation are not at all what can make a child happy. But only happy children can make the world a better place.

Road spoon for dinner

The purpose of this book is to help parents, grandparents, and all people who are raising children, make the most of the time spent with their children. And this “as useful as possible” does not at all mean improving the educational process. Many of the activities listed here are educational in nature and beneficial to a child's development, but the trick is not to make children smarter, smarter, or make them child prodigies. We wanted to help you organize a pleasant time with your child in situations that may seem dull and annoying - traffic jams, trips to the store, rainy days and days when the child is sick. Currently, few parents of preschoolers or primary schoolchildren are constantly at home. And that's why they always don't have enough time. Fatigue accumulates. It seems that our children only see us in the car, in the store, in the office or in the railway waiting room. We encourage you to recognize these realities and turn them to the benefit of the child.

Give yourself to your children

This world is hectic and hectic, but stop for a moment and smell the roses. Give yourself to your children. They will be grateful to you for this all their lives. Use every free minute to be with your child. And it doesn’t matter whether there is any entertainment for the baby or not, try to make the time spent with him go as best as possible. Childhood flies by very quickly, even when the weeks sometimes stretch on forever. We hope that when you have to remember this time, you can look back and say, “I did the best I could.”

Most of the games in this book require only the desire and willingness of parents to play and communicate with their children. The main goal of the book is to provide “recipes” for all occasions: no matter where and when the need arises to keep your child occupied, you can always find a suitable game. Many of the things used for activities can easily be found among household belongings - pillows, sponges, children's toys, etc. But on the day when you need something like straws for drinks or breakfast cereals, they can not to be at hand. Therefore, we offer you a list of similar items used in games. They can be bought or prepared in advance and stored in a separate box.

The debate about whether they can make a person happy has never subsided. And scientific research devoted to this issue could not give a clear answer. It wasn't until the 1970s that economist Richard Easterlin discovered a paradox: money helps you become happier, but only so much. certain moment. As soon as you have enough for everything you need, the pleasure from money becomes less and less, no matter how huge the income is.

Researchers at Cornell University have launched a new attempt to find out whether happiness can be bought. It turned out that it is possible, but the amount of money earned does not affect mental well-being. It is not money that will help you enjoy life, but the right acquisitions.

Happiness is a human state that corresponds to the greatest internal satisfaction with the conditions of one’s existence, the fullness and meaningfulness of life, and the fulfillment of one’s human purpose.

Great Soviet Encyclopedia

Money tends to run out, even if you have billions of dollars in accounts, which few can boast of. To buy real happiness with your hard-earned money, and not a fake one, you need to carefully choose your purchase. Imagine that you have the opportunity to make a profitable purchase. What images came to your mind? For the vast majority of people, they will be material: apartments, cars, factories, furniture, things.

We believe that we need to buy things that will last a long time, and therefore will delight us, just by looking at them or thinking about them. Dr. Thomas Gilovich, working at Cornell University in the USA, came to the conclusion that this is a logical trap. Thinking that you can get endless pleasure from buying things, we make a mistake. It turns out that the joy of attending a concert or exhibition, hiking in the mountains or going to a conference is much stronger and lasts longer than the delight of a new renovation.

New things are fun, but only while they are new

The main enemy of our happiness is adaptation or habit. Dr. Gilovich has spent nearly two decades studying how shopping experiences change. We spend money, receive things in exchange, and at that moment the joy is very strong. But time passes, we get used to what we have, emotions fade, and the purchase no longer brings joy: I want to buy another jacket, I want to find a bigger apartment, I want to get into a more powerful car. We spend money on things again, and we get bored with them again.

In order not to fall into a vicious circle, Dr. Dzhilovich advises to think three times before buying and invest money in new experience: gain new knowledge, play sports or go on a trip.

I have practically no craving for “materialism”, and I buy things infrequently and out of necessity, but I spend money on impressions with pleasure.

If I have a choice: buy a new phone, even though the old one works well, or buy a subscription to the pool for a year, I will choose the pool, because I will get used to the phone in a month and stop paying attention to it, and the pool will consistently please me for three once a week. I enjoy swimming, I feel like my body is resting and training, and I see some progress. These sensations are regular and much more pleasant than the short-term joy of a purchased phone.

I believe that doing something for the body and mind is better than buying an item without really needing it. Because the body and mind are yourself, and the object exists separately. That’s why the joy from it is usually short-lived: you’ve played it a little, and you already want a new one.

Dr. Gilovich learned how habits affect our happiness. The respondents who took part in the study had to tell how their attitude towards purchases and the experience gained had changed.

Initially the joy was equally intense. But over time, the purchased items brought less and less satisfaction. But memories of impressions or new skills in which money was invested were more pleasing, and their value only grew.

You can buy and store material values. They will lie and... that's all. Gradually the delight will fade away. Things last a long time, but happiness is a fleeting matter. The longer something serves us, the more firmly it integrates into the background picture of the world around us, the easier it is to stop noticing it.

Today new car- your dream come true! It sparkles, growls, rushes. You will only go to proven car washes, leave it only in covered parking lots, and take selfies while driving. And you will never allow smoking in the salon! In a couple of weeks, you'll be late for a meeting and jump behind the wheel with dirty shoes. Six months later, you park poorly and end up with a scratch on your bumper. And then at the intersection you will be cut off by some brand new jeep, which is definitely cooler in some way. In a couple of years, having wiped the number with a rag, you will take the car from a spontaneous parking lot near your house and go to the car dealership for new emotions.

We get used to exactly what stays with us for a long time, and in this matter, things, turning into routine and everyday life, are greatly inferior to impressions and experience. The longer an object is near us, the less it interests us. And any impressions become an inseparable part of our “I”. Experience is not static, it accumulates and changes depending on our views. Things stay the same or wear out, but experiences become embedded in us and shape our personality.

Happiness can be bought with money, but it cannot be kept

If the joy gradually fades even from a good purchase, what can we say about things that turned out to be not of very high quality? There is nothing to expect but disappointment. And the experience, even negative, will bring benefits and satisfaction. One of Dzhilovich's studies showed that if your impressions of an event were not rosy, you need to talk about it with loved ones whom you trust. After analyzing unpleasant situations, people rate their experience much more highly. Remember how many funny stories that are told in friendly companies began with clearly unsuccessful ideas.

One day, heavy rain forced seven people into a leaky two-person tent. All seven were sure that this was the most disgusting night of their lives. But within a week, the unpleasant episode in the stories of eyewitnesses turned into a hilariously funny story.

It’s embarrassing to even repeat that you learn from mistakes, but this is key function negative experience.

Another reason why it's worth paying for new experiences: experiences bring you closer to other people. You have much more in common with the person you went skydiving with than with the person who bought the same kitchen set as you. Experience is always a reason to communicate. We receive it together with other people, and then share it with new acquaintances, building long communication chains. Who would you be more interested in talking to: a graduate of the acting class you just signed up for, or a stranger visiting a jewelry store?

I do not and never have had a car, I have not purchased an apartment, and I never planned to buy them. I have always spent only on experiences and travel. First to Crimea, then to other countries. I buy a new gadget not because I want to stand out, but because I'm interested in how people will use it. My hobbies are triathlon and Ironman - this is an experience, my book is an experience. All these are expenses that do not bring money, but I have something to tell and something to be proud of. This is the main thing for me. And not “your own corner.”

Only you can evaluate your experience. Compare your house with others: what side do the windows face in the house opposite, what is the size of the neighbor’s plot, what a wonderful architecture the royal palace has... You can always find a reason for envy if you draw parallels with similar things. And your impressions will stand any test even with Facebook photos.

It's much easier to compare things. What is the price? How many carats? How many horses? How many meters? Now try applying this to your experience. How much knowledge do you have in grams? How much joy is there in horsepower?

Envy, which is very difficult to deal with, haunts us much less if we do not compare things. Of course, even on vacation you can find reasons to envy: someone flies first class and stays in a luxury room, while others go to spend the night in a hostel. But there are much more negative emotions if you compare your expensive bag with your colleague’s bag.

How much do you need to earn to be happy?

We must not forget that, in accordance with Easterlin’s paradox, material wealth in the economy at a certain stage remains synonymous with happiness. Even paradise in a hut is accessible only if you have a hut or at least branches for construction. But are you sure that weaving the fourth floor is more important than learning how to build with stone?

The world happiness index shows time after time that people feel satisfied not only in prosperous countries, but also in the poor African continent and in the problematic South America. In Europe, the leading positions are occupied by states in which the education system is well developed and residents can maintain a balance between work and leisure.

I conduct trainings. Their main tasks: harmonization of the inner world, removal of subconscious blocks and attitudes, resolution of problems of the past for a happy future. So, every second person who comes to study (and maybe more) is fixated on money to one degree or another. And even from the point of view of elementary psychology, you can see that this race is proof of your significance, your abilities, and your existence in general.

In our world, money has come to mean so much that the amount of it supposedly makes you cool, strong, smart. And I ask these people a question: “Imagine that you have everything material that you dreamed of: money, cars, apartments, yachts, houses, equipment... But you are left alone in the desert, there are no people around, and you have no one to show off all your wealth. What to do? What would you wish for then? It’s not hard to guess that everyone answers about the same: I would like to have someone close to me with whom I can talk, eat, drink, hike, sleep in a tent, travel.

When people get rid of the obsession of “making money” and begin to simply live, earning money, but at the same time doing what they love, the smile does not leave their face.

Victoria Efremova

How to overcome the Easterlin paradox and make money work for our happiness? Gain experience, not just material goods. Experience is the way to get the most bang for your buck, no matter how broad or modest your financial capabilities may be. This statement doesn't just work on a personal level. If you want to engage employees in the process and increase the efficiency of the enterprise, give employees the opportunity to learn. If you want to build a political or administrative career, make voters happy by helping them gain more experience.

Next time, thinking about what to spend your free money on, try buying yourself some experience and happiness. And remember that the experience is available completely free of charge.

One of the categories of people who often have to deal with the problem of used things are mothers of small children. Rapidly growing babies need a lot of clothes, shoes and accessories, and high-quality items are not cheap. Even if a person completely denies the possibility of buying or accepting non-new things as gifts, sooner or later he is faced with the question of where to put the unnecessary ones? Store in closets? Give it to friends? But then they will already use things that are not new.

At the same time, selling, giving away, taking and buying a stroller or crib from which someone’s baby has outgrown is not considered shameful. Young mothers successfully do this by placing advertisements in the newspaper “From Hand to Hand” or on numerous websites on the Internet.

Thrift stores, familiar to us from Soviet times, gradually disappeared somewhere. Not all of them have disappeared, but finding such a store is not easy now. Partially, thrift stores have moved to the Internet, which is convenient, but the virtual audience does not fully cover those who would like to use non-new things. Many pensioners, for example, would be happy to buy a new TV, but where? Not everyone has a computer.
